You are divine.
I think that should pretty much be the blog but then it wouldn’t be great writing if I went straight to the punchline. I can tell you you are already divine, already perfect, already the most beautiful aspect of Source that ever existed. But unless you felt that as truth within your Soul, then it would simply be words that you read and immediately forget.
But within and behind these words I wish to bring through the frequency of the divine. So that as you read this you feel an activation deep within your Soul’s light. I want you to feel the expansion of love in your heart when you simply anchor into your own divine presence. I want you to not just know you are loved by the Universe, I want you to FEEL that love as real in the very fragment of your own being.
So take a breathe with me as you read these words. Just one deep breathe. And let your exhale be a slow, long release. Now anchor into the deepest part of your heart. Feel its gentle rhythm, the soft resonant pulse. The heart is a beautiful way to anchor into the Soul’s light. To truly feel into the depth of your being, beyond the constraints of who you have been told to be. It is within that divine light you begin to come Home to yourself.
And that’s the easy part.
Simply bringing deeper awareness and presence to that light. Allowing space for the real you to start to come forward. But the next part isn’t so easy.
Because the truth is, the moment you start anchoring into your own light, with bravery, honesty and curiosity, something begins to happen. Old stories rise. Wounds begin to make themselves known. The human parts of you that were taught to shrink, hide, or perform, suddenly come up to the surface asking, “Are you sure it’s safe to be seen? To be this alive?”
This is where the cosmic spiral begins to turn. Where the messy, chaotic light of being human reveals itself, not as something to fix, but as the very fabric of your divinity coming online.
You might find yourself in the thick of everyday life, struggling with uncertainty, having existential movie crises at midnight, tending to the ache of grief or the ache of longing. Maybe you’re just tired, just done, and the most spiritual thing you can do is rest your forehead on the kitchen table and breathe.
This, too, is your divinity. The spiral is not meant to lift you out of your life, but to bring all of you into it. The chaos and the calm, the grief and the laughter, the sacred and the profane. The soul came here to live, not to escape.
So as you sit with your heart right now, can you let it be enough? Can you let your messy, real, imperfect self be the sacred ground where the spiral moves through you?
Take another breath. Notice what you feel. Let your heart soften, and know, truly know, you are not just loved, you are the living proof of love itself.
So next time you feel the chaotic spiral of life sweeping you up within it’s majestic tide. Take a breathe. Anchor into that divine still-point within your heart and simply say to yourself, “I am the silence beneath the storm.”
