As an empath and intuitive myself I have found that having a regular self care practice grounded in ancient spiritual teachings can bring deeper peace and meaning to my life.

Empaths are individuals with a gift in being able to sense and absorb the emotions and energies of others. They often feel others’ pain and joy as if it were their own. Intuitives, on the other hand, possess a heightened sense of inner knowing, perceiving information beyond the physical senses.


Being an empath and intuitive is about moving through a world knowing that we are all connected as one and trusting in their inner knowing.
